1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship PAN India, subject to local laws and courier availability.

🚫 Note: Due to legal restrictions, we may be unable to ship to certain states or regions. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to location laws, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available in your area)

🚚 Delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to courier issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹[1999]
For orders below ₹[1999], a flat shipping fee of ₹[200] applies.

Express shipping charges may vary and will be shown at checkout if available.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email/SMS
A tracking number and courier details to monitor your delivery status

6. Age Verification

As per Indian laws, we only sell to customers aged 18 and above.
